The Customer screen is the home screen for Customer-level users.
The Customer screen consists of these tabs:
· Customer List displays summary information for one or more customers.
If you are a Customer level user who has access to only one customer, this tab lists just that customer. If you are a Customer level user who has been authorized to work with more than one customer, this tab lists all accessible customers.
· Customer Detail displays more information about a specific customer. If you are authorized to do so, you can change customer information on this tab.
· Pre-Embossed Cards appears only for Fuelman customers who have been set up to use preembossed cards. If you are authorized to do so, you can assign a block preembossed cards to this customer using this tab.
To access the Customer screen from elsewhere in FleetNet, select Customer -> Find from the drop-down menu:
The Customer drop-down menu also provides access to other screens:
For example, selecting Customer -> View Employees will display the selected customer’s employees on the Employee screen.
Note: For customers enrolled in the Preventive Maintenance program, selecting Customer -> Preventive Maintenance will display the CheckMaint tool in a separate window.
All of the commands (except for Find) are “grayed out” if you are outside the Customer screen.
